Personal support for how you really feel
Lifestyle coaching for energy, sleep, weight and mood, led by qualified consultants.
HormoFlow was created to support people who feel unheard, overwhelmed, or confused about their health.
Low energy, poor sleep, gut trouble and unexplained weight changes are common, and they deserve proper attention. We give you advice that is specific to you and fits around work and family.
We work online. You start with an assessment, then a named consultant builds a plan with you and adjusts it as your results come in. The app keeps your tasks, logs and messages in one place between calls.
We work alongside your GP, on the habits that sit between appointments: sleep, food, movement and stress. If something needs a doctor, we will tell you straight away.
Four principles behind every plan we build
Understanding before action
We look at the pattern behind how you feel before recommending a single change, so every step is aimed at the right place.
Grounded in evidence
Guidance is built on what the research supports, and we are clear and honest about where lifestyle support fits.
Alongside your GP
We work with your GP or consultant, adding daily lifestyle support and long-term wellbeing to the care you already receive.
Measured, one change at a time
Every adjustment is specific, measurable, and reversible. Progress is reviewed against how you actually feel, so every change earns its place.

Shadman Khan
Founder & Lifestyle Health Consultant
Shadman Khan founded HormoFlow to help people move from confusion to clarity about their hormone and metabolic health.
His background combines pharmacy, nutrition, and strength coaching, a perspective that sits deliberately between health knowledge and everyday practice. That combination shapes how HormoFlow works: understanding before action, and guidance built to fit a demanding life.
“Understand the pattern first, then change one thing at a time, and measure whether it worked.”
HormoFlow provides lifestyle, wellbeing, and educational support and does not replace NHS GP services or specialist medical care. The information and services provided are not intended to diagnose or treat acute medical emergencies.
